Prefab Modular Homes, is a licensed manufacturer of the Waka brand of prefabricated, double sided concrete panel buildings. The Prefab Modular Homes brand or better known as Waka building systems has been proven effective since 1992 and are approved by the SABS, Municipalities and Government Departments.
Our company operates throughout Southern Africa from their headquarters in Johannesburg.

Our mission is not only to construct sturdy, beautiful, and functional products for our clients, but to build long-lasting and trustworthy relationships. Most of our jobs flow from word-of-mouth recommendations, so it’s important that we provide quality work.
