This is one of our standard size units, the unit consists of a 1.5m X 3m bath room with one window and a door, 4.5m X 3m open plan bedroom with one window and a door. (Ceiling included) 100mm Concrete foundation. Roofing consists of two options IBR roof sheeting or the more expensive Harvey tile roof sheeting, should this be your option there will be and additional charge.

Our units are guaranteed for 10 years, however should a problem arise with in 3 months after the unit has been erected and it isn't physical damage we will rectify the problem for you.
